Returns received outside the above time frame are not to be accepted.<\/p>\n<p>Please take care trying on items, as all products must be returned in a new and unused condition with all VERON \u00a0tags and labels still attached.\u00a0\u00a0Returns that are damaged or soiled will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer and\/or a refund or exchange refused.<\/p>\n<p>Before your parcel leaves our studios, it is fully checked by our team.\u00a0\u00a0However, if you receive an item which you feel is damaged, please contact us immediately.<\/p>\n<p>www.veron.shop \u00a0will only accept returns of non-faulty items that are in their original condition, have not been worn, altered or washed, with all tags attached.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>TO ARRANGE A RETURN OR EXCHANGE<\/strong><\/h2>\n<h3><strong>To Return Your Item:<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Email\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:contact@veron.shop\">contact@veron.shop<\/a> or call +40721683515<strong>\u00a0<\/strong>to request a return or exchange.\u00a0\u00a0Please include your order number with your request.<\/li>\n<li>Pack your items securely in the original box and include the original invoice in the package.<\/li>\n<li>Please have the box and item(s) ready for collection at the pre-determined time.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Once the item(s) has\/have been received and inspected, an exchange\/refund* will be issued and an email will be sent to you.<\/p>\n<p>Veron custom orders and made to measure orders can\u2019t be returned.<\/p>\n<p>Exchanged items can only be dispatched after the returned goods have been received and undergone a quality control check. Please keep in mind that if you wish to return an item for one which is not available in stock, delivery time will be set according to the type of order you place.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>When will I receive a refund for returned items?<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>When all requirements have been met, we will notify you and refund the entire cost of the returned product(s). Should you fail to meet any of these requirements, you will be notified and may have the possibility to have the merchandise returned to you.<\/p>\n<p>We are, however, not responsible for any additional shipping costs.
