How do i return or exchange an item?
We hope that you are delighted with every order you receive from www.veron.shop, but if you are not perfectly satisfied with your items, you have 14 days to return your items to us for a refund or exchange. Please take care trying on items, as all products must be returned in a new and unused condition with all VERON tags and labels still attached. Returns that are damaged or soiled will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer and/or a refund or exchange refused. To return: -Email contact@veron.shop or call +40721683515 to request a return or exchange. Please include your order number with your request. -Pack your items securely in the original box and include the original invoice in the package. -Attach the supplied return shipping label to the outside of the box. -Please have the box and item(s) ready for collection at the pre-determined time. Once the item(s) has/have been received and inspected, an exchange/refund* will be issued and an email will be sent to you.
Veron custom orders and made to measure orders can’t be returned.
Can I exchange an item for a different item?
If the products is not made-to-measure, yes, you can return the item and then re-initiate the purchase process for another item, or a different size.
Can I place an order over the phone or on social media?
We will be happy to assist you on the phone or on social media but the final order must be placed on our website www.veron.shop

Can I reserv an item to buy later?
We aim to provide a fair opportunity to shop our most in-demand styles and as items are often limited, reservations are unavailable. As a result, placing an item in your shopping bag or wishlist does not reserve it
Which currencies can i shop in?
The currency that you shop with is determined by your shipping destination and will be displayed at checkout before completing your purchase. If your local currency is unavailable, your order will be charged in EUR for a competitive exchange rate
