Return Policy
We hope that you are delighted with every order you receive from www.veron.shop, but if you are not perfectly satisfied with your items, you have 14 days to return them to us for a refund or exchange. Please note that sale items are exchange only.
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs which will be deducted from the refund. Returns received outside the above time frame are not to be accepted.
Please take care trying on items, as all products must be returned in a new and unused condition with all VERON tags and labels still attached. Returns that are damaged or soiled will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer and/or a refund or exchange refused.
Before your parcel leaves our studios, it is fully checked by our team. However, if you receive an item which you feel is damaged, please contact us immediately.
www.veron.shop will only accept returns of non-faulty items that are in their original condition, have not been worn, altered or washed, with all tags attached.
TO ARRANGE A RETURN OR EXCHANGE
To Return Your Item:
- Email contact@veron.shop or call +40721683515 to request a return or exchange. Please include your order number with your request.
- Pack your items securely in the original box and include the original invoice in the package.
- Please have the box and item(s) ready for collection at the pre-determined time.
Once the item(s) has/have been received and inspected, an exchange/refund* will be issued and an email will be sent to you.
Veron custom orders and made to measure orders can’t be returned.
Exchanged items can only be dispatched after the returned goods have been received and undergone a quality control check. Please keep in mind that if you wish to return an item for one which is not available in stock, delivery time will be set according to the type of order you place.
When will I receive a refund for returned items?
When all requirements have been met, we will notify you and refund the entire cost of the returned product(s). Should you fail to meet any of these requirements, you will be notified and may have the possibility to have the merchandise returned to you.
We are, however, not responsible for any additional shipping costs. Should you refuse to accept the returned merchandise, we reserve the right to keep the item and the corresponding amount that was paid.
A time frame of anywhere between 1-7days should be calculated for the receipt of your returned merchandise and the return/refund process.
Please note that shipping costs will not be refunded.
Can I exchange an item for a different item?
If the products is not made-to-measure, yes, you can return the item and then re-initiate the purchase process for another item, or a different size.
