1. General

VERON – property of  A FRENCH CONCEPT SRL , BD DACIA 76, Bucharest,Romania, Phone: +40721683515, contact@VERON.SHOP   runs an online shop under the internet addresS www.veron.shop. All orders placed by you via the website and our deliveries and services are exclusively subject to the following general terms and conditions, in the version that is valid at the time of the order. We do not accept conflicting terms and conditions of the customer unless we have agreed to their validity in writing.

Important notes

1. 1. The merchandise offered under www.veron.shop is presented on the Website in the format of digital photographs of existing merchandise. Minor divergences of the photographs from reality do not constitute a defect of the ordered merchandise.
   2. Please note that merchandise presented on the www.veron.shop Website may no longer be available at the time of the customer’s visit to the Website and that the respective prices may have changed. Unless stated otherwise, all prices include VAT (where applicable) but exclude delivery costs (which will be notified to you separately).

Conclusion of contract

1. 1. The contract between you and VERON  is not entered into until we send the ordered merchandise to you. By sending the order form provided on our website to us you make a binding offer to enter into the contract. You finalize the order by entering all information during the order process and sending the order form to us by clicking on the “submit order” button.
   2. VERON  is entitled to reject orders without indicating any reasons, in particular if there is well-founded suspicion that the merchandise purchased via the internet is to be sold to third parties commercially.

Saving of Contract

We save your order data. If you wish to receive a print-out of your order, you can print out an “order confirmation”. This order confirmation will appear on your screen once you have completed the process by clicking on “submit order” and once your credit card data have been successfully checked.

Delivery and Shipping

1. 1. We ship exclusively with FAN COURIER (only for Romania). Veron bears the transportation risk.
   2. Not all articles are available on immediate stock, they are custom made individually for each of our online customers.
      That’s why it takes up to 6  working days for us to create them in our atelier.
      Please add 1-3 days for shipping in Romania and 5-7 days for international shipping.

Privacy Policy

Veron   commits not to transmit user’s personal data to third parties and to use them only for establishing contact with its customers and informing them about certain aspects related to the functions of the website and its offers.

The company will retain the personal data and will use them with the purpose of informing the users of their account on Veron.

Veron  may notify users of their current offers by weekly newsletters and may send greeting cards, gift cards or other special messages.

Veron  does not promote SPAM. Any user that has provided an explicit email address on www.veron.shop can chose that his/hers address to be deleted from our data base. Also, if the users do not want to receive the weekly newsletter www.veron.shop, they can unsubscribe by accessing My Account, section Personal Info or by using the link in the footer of the Veron newsletter that they have received by email.
